AI Credits are Marcenta's internal currency for AI actions. Every time the AI investigates a flag, generates a report analysis, answers a question, or runs an agent, it consumes credits. Each AI action consumes a different number of credits. Launch includes 2,000 credits, Accelerate includes 20,000, and Orbit includes 100,000.
Monitoring and observability continue regardless of credits. They never stop. Credits are consumed when the AI takes action on an incident or responds to a query. When you run out, AI actions pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
A connected source is one data integration: Google Analytics 4, LinkedIn Ads, Google Search Console, Google Ads, or HubSpot each count as one source. In the Launch plan, you can only connect one source at a time.
Each plan includes 5 days of trial. We don't have a free forever plan at this stage. If you have concerns about which plan is right for you, please reach out to our team for a recommendation.
Yes all plans require a payment method to be setup. However, you are only charged after the trial period.
Not by default but if you need more time to test the product, we can extend your trial period in certain situations.
We don't have discounted annual plans at this time. We want to keep things simple and flexible for our customers, and we find that month-to-month plans work best for most teams. If you have specific needs or concerns around billing, please reach out to our team. However, this may also change in the near future.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We don't have long-term contracts today, so you can choose to stop using Marcenta whenever you want. We do hope you stick around, but if you need to cancel, you can do so from your account settings or by reaching out to our support team.
Not at this time. Our current plans are designed for in-house marketing teams. We are working towards offering agency specific plans but the product architecture needs to be aligned towards supporting agencies first. It is on the roadmap. Stay tuned!
